{"id":573,"date":"2012-02-16T10:24:15","date_gmt":"2012-02-16T15:24:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/etheriedge.wordpress.com\/?p=573"},"modified":"2020-10-02T14:28:05","modified_gmt":"2020-10-02T18:28:05","slug":"shh-be-silent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forglorysake.com\/index.php\/2012\/02\/16\/shh-be-silent\/","title":{"rendered":"Shh Be Silent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>&#8220;Be silent before the LORD, all humanity, for He is springing into action from His holy dwelling.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> Zechariah 2:13<\/p>\n<p><br \/>When you&#8217;ve come to God, laid it all out before Him and don&#8217;t have anymore words to say, the prophet Zechariah says,\u00a0<em>that&#8217;s ok<\/em>. Be silent before the LORD and wait.<\/p>\n<p>We can be assured He has heard our request before we ever opened our mouth, <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><em><strong>Even before a word is on my tongue, behold, O LORD, you know it altogether.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> Psalm 139:4. Not only that, but God has been stirred into action for us according to Zech. 2:13, <em><strong>&#8220;He&#8217;s springing into action,&#8221;<\/strong> <\/em>another version says, <em><strong>&#8220;He&#8217;s on the move!&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sometimes it&#8217;s enough to ponder how God&#8217;s quietly working behind the scenes, and sometimes I want to see some immediate action taking place. That&#8217;s when, I find this verse an incredibly encouraging example of His love and mercy.<\/p>\n<p>The LORD is moving! He will show up in just the right way at just the right moment.
