I love “yes!”<\/strong><\/em> Can we go?… Can we stay?… Want to eat that?… Invite everyone?… Yes\u00a0<\/em>is the best and God gives the Best Yes<\/em> of all.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Today, on Good Friday I’ve been thinking of the ways He’s answered me – yes<\/em>:<\/p>\n

Do You know me?<\/em><\/p>\n

Do You love me?<\/em><\/p>\n

Am I really included?<\/em><\/p>\n

Am I truly forgiven?<\/em><\/p>\n

Will You stay with me?<\/em><\/p>\n

Will You hold me?<\/em><\/p>\n

Will I always have a place near You?<\/em><\/p>\n

Am I part of a bigger family?<\/em><\/p>\n

Will eternity be awesome?<\/em><\/p>\n

Did Jesus’ death cover everyone’s sin?<\/em><\/p>\n

Do You let each of us choose or reject You?<\/em><\/p>\n

Does it break Your heart to be rejected?<\/em><\/p>\n

Do You wait like the Father of the prodigal son?<\/em><\/p>\n

Do You run to us when we run to You?<\/em><\/p>\n

Do You long for us?<\/em><\/p>\n

Were we made for You?<\/em><\/p>\n

Ahhh, the yes of Jesus<\/em> made all these others\u00a0possible. How thankful I am,\u00a0He was obedient, even to death on a cross <\/em><\/strong>– so that I too can be raised to Life. That is the most amazing Yes <\/strong>of all!<\/p>\n
