There will always be difficult people to deal with in life. Angry, grumpy, frustrated or just mean. I must chose my attitude and words carefully, to defuse and not ignite further conflict.\u00a0How I treat others holds weight in how they possibly will treat me. This is the\u00a0principle of\u00a0sowing and reaping<\/em>.\u00a0<\/b>Galatians<\/span><\/span>\u00a06:7-10 NLT\u00a0<\/p>\n

“Don\u2019t be misled\u2014you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant.” <\/i><\/b>verse\u00a07\u00a0<\/p>\n

Its not actually “karma,” this is something Jesus taught: how you judge, you will be judged –\u00a0how you give, it will be given<\/em> – treat others the way you want to be treated.<\/em> In other words: what I do and say – matters.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature.\u00a0<\/i><\/b>But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit.” \u00a0<\/i><\/b>verse 8\u00a0<\/p>\n

Planting love, joy, peace and patience<\/em> \u00a0-makes a difference. Kindness (mercy), goodness, faithfulness <\/em>and self-control<\/em> always please God. Gracious behavior brings life to me and life to others.<\/p>\n

“So let\u2019s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don\u2019t give up.” <\/i><\/b>verse 9\u00a0<\/p>\n

When I choose to treat others with dignity, even in the face of harsh replies, I can trust God for good results. Graciously loving\u00a0will bring a harvest of life!<\/p>\n

Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone\u2014especially to those in the family of faith.\u201d <\/i><\/b>verse 10\u202c \u202c\u202c<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
