Keeps on getting up to go work even with intermittent headaches and dizziness. Keeps on taking the medications prescribed and keeps on hoping for relief. Any <b>change<\/b> seems positive.<\/p>\n<p>Rounds of antibiotics are supposedly breaking up the embedded <b>borrelia bacteria<\/b> in her body. Toxins (<b>cytokines<\/b>) release and her system struggles to <b>fight<\/b> the inflammatory response. Sometimes terrible.<\/p>\n<p>Weird reactions take place: <i>body tremors<\/i> that last for hours, <i>headaches<\/i> that come and go, sharp <i>kidney pain,<\/i> <i>sleeplessness<\/i> and the ever-present <i>dizziness that brings nausea.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve read mixed reviews on how long this will continue. Generally agreed upon is that <strong>&#8220;<i>treatments cause temporary worsening of symptoms.<\/i>&#8220;<\/strong> Words like <b>change<\/b> and <b>fight<\/b> and <b>temporary<\/b> hold hope.<\/p>\n<p>Recently Sarah was able to <b>eat <i>all<\/i> kinds of fruit <\/b>she&#8217;s been mysteriously allergic to (lips\/tongue swelling) since suddenly in 2015! Her <b>double-vision cleared <\/b>around\u00a0the same 24 hours! Each relief is a gift from God and we gladly give Him all the Glory.<\/p>\n<p>What a ride, what a crazy, crazy ride this has been.
