{"id":2115,"date":"2015-06-21T11:57:51","date_gmt":"2015-06-21T15:57:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/etheriedge.wordpress.com\/2015\/06\/21\/when\/"},"modified":"2021-04-19T19:08:16","modified_gmt":"2021-04-19T23:08:16","slug":"when","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forglorysake.com\/index.php\/2015\/06\/21\/when\/","title":{"rendered":"Be Thankful!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>When?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When I have a house to clean, people to feed, wash to do, hair to cut, long list of folks to pray for.<\/p>\n<p>When diapers need changing, someone needs bathing or feeding, medicine regulating\/ordering\/dosing.<\/p>\n<p>When there&#8217;s shopping to complete, and more shopping, then returns, carpools, moving, packing, searching, wishing, planning, dreaming, hoping.<\/p>\n<p>When faced with a confrontation, an ugly attitude, bills, a difficult person, improvements to be made, \u00a0&#8230;results delayed.<\/p>\n<p>When waiting for successes but seeing only failings, disappointments, regrets, illness.<\/p>\n<p>In sunshine or rain, repair or despair, a new dress or PMS.\u00a0In admiring, loving, playing, enjoying, prayers answered, a tender word.<\/p>\n<p>This is when God said to<em><strong>\u00a0be thankful IN everything<\/strong><\/em> (1 Thessalonians 5:18)&#8230;\u00a0<em><strong>and FOR everything<\/strong><\/em> (Ephesians 5:20)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ForGlorySake<em>! <\/em><\/span><em>&#8211; Anna<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/forglorysake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/img_0761.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/forglorysake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/img_0761.jpg?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<b><i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/b><b><i>Thank [God] in everything [no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks], for this is the will of God for you [who are] in Christ Jesus [the Revealer and Mediator of that will]. <\/i><\/b>\u202d1 Thessalonians\u202c \u202d5\u202c:\u202d18\u202c AMP<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When?
